Nothing on this platform is financial, investment, or trading advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a licensed broker, financial advisor, or asset manager.
2. Risk warning
Trading Gold (XAUUSD), cryptocurrencies, indices, and FX carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all your capital. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, position sizing, and risk management.
3. Performance & results
Any performance figures, signals, or track records shown are currently generated on demo / simulated accounts and are clearly labeled as such. Simulated results do not reflect real-money execution (spread, slippage, liquidity, or emotional factors). Past performance does not guarantee future results. 4. Subscriptions & payment
Access to the Terminal is provided on a paid subscription basis for the plan and duration you select. Payments grant time-limited access to the software and its signal/analysis features. Because this is a digital service with immediate access, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publish the signals, analysis, or your account access. One subscription is for one individual user. We may suspend or terminate accounts that share credentials, abuse the service, or violate these terms.
6. No liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigFish Terminal and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
