1. What we collect
Account data you provide: email address, chosen nickname, and a securely hashed password. For subscriptions: your payment reference / proof of payment. Technical data: a session token (cookie) to keep you logged in, and, if you enable them, a device push-notification token.
2. How we use it
To create and secure your account, provide access to the Terminal, verify your email, process subscription access, and deliver trade-signal / news notifications you opt into. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Cookies & sessions
We use a single essential, http-only session cookie to keep you authenticated. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
4. Third-party services
We use third-party infrastructure and data providers to run the service — hosting, database, email delivery, push-notification delivery, and market-data feeds. These process data only as needed to operate the platform. Market prices and economic-calendar data come from third-party feeds and are provided as-is.
5. Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us; some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions are http-only, and access to paid features is gated. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
